Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Menui. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for paid subscriptions.
1. Pro-Rated Refunds
If you cancel a paid Menui Pro plan before the end of your current billing period, we will refund the unused portion of that period, calculated on a daily basis.
For example, if you paid $6.99 for a Pro month and cancel after 10 days, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of that period.
2. How Refunds Are Calculated
- Daily rate: Plan price ÷ days in billing period
- Refund amount: Daily rate × number of unused days remaining
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (USD)
- Add-ons: Extra restaurant subscriptions are refunded the same way, independently of your base plan
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@menui.app from the email address on your account
- Include your account email and the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
- We will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving your request
Alternatively, you can cancel directly from your account settings — your refund will be calculated and issued automatically.
4. When Refunds Are Not Issued
We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following cases:
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- The refund request is made for a billing period more than 60 days in the past
- We detect repeated subscribe/refund patterns that suggest abuse of the policy
5. Free Plan
The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
6. Payment Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you also request a refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases. Refunds for purchases made before a policy change will follow the terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.
